Ingredients for banana mousse:
banana: 3
egg white: 3
sugar: 2 tablespoons
soup brown sugar: 2 tablespoons Soup cinnamon: 1 c. Coffee Peel bananas and put them in a blender until a fine puree. Pour the banana puree into a large bowl, add cinnamon and 1 c. tablespoons brown sugar, mix well. egg whites until stiff. Divide the mousse into the service features and a cool place for at least 2 h. Serve chilled, sprinkled with foam after the rest of brown sugar.
