Chocolate Mousse!


Break your shelf
chocolate into small pieces and place them in a bowl Melt your chocolate
: bain marie with hot water simmering
( do not boil it, take your time!) 2.30 minutes
Or microwave with 2 tablespoons of water! Less galley the bath!

When

chocolate is melted put the cream and mix. let the mixture as a water bath.

Separate egg whites from yolks
Beat the egg whites
Mix the egg yolks in your chocolate (it has to be smooth and without lumps)
Mix chocolate with egg whites
(be gentle!)

place your

chocolate mousse into individual bowls or deep dish, dessert. Refrigerate and wait several hours before serving
