Ingredients for banana mousse:

banana: 3
cream: 20 cl

egg white: 3

sugar: 2 tablespoons

soup brown sugar: 2 tablespoons Soup cinnamon: 1 c. Coffee Peel bananas and put them in a blender until a fine puree.
