* 20 g butter * 10 cl cream lightened * 45 g bread crumbs * 1 onion * 400 g small peas * salt, pepper Preparation Recipe 1. For this recipe you can use canned peas or frozen. If they are frozen, bake 15 minutes in boiling salted water. If they are canned, drain them. 2. Peel and slice onion. 3. In a skillet, melt the butter. Add onion. Melt it 5 minutes then add 20cl of water. Salt and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. 4. Add peas and cream. Continue cooking for 10 minutes. Pass the soup in the blender. 5. Serve with croutons.
