Floating Candles In Toronto

Waffles old!

  • Preparation: 10 min
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt 4
  • eggs

    75 g butter 1 teaspoon baking
    • 150 ml of milk
    • 150 ml
    • water 60 g sugar
    • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
    • 1 tablespoon oil

    2 tablespoons rum (optional)

      Mix flour and salt, make a well in center and break eggs there. Add melted butter, milk and water. Beat with a whisk or electric hand. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, yeast and possibly rum. Whisk again. The batter should be liquid and fluid. If not, add more water.
    • 2 Let rest at least 30 minutes. Pour the batter into the waffle iron molds previously oiled.

    • Cook 3 minutes, turning the half-cooked waffle.
